◆ 关于货品、对资源的访问和服务动作,可能是独立提供,也可能是组合进行。但判别所有权是区别的关键。例如培训这项服务,印刷好的课件从提供者转移给了消费者,这是货品,而培训中所提供的场地和某些系统的访问,则是暂时对资源访问权利;培训中所进行的教学与研讨,则是服务动作。
